About DURAVAN Van Lining Kit
DURAVAN is a brand of products intended to protect the cargo space of small and medium-sized vans. The innovative system of DURAVAN lining panels provide protection for the car body, especially against damages of the thin metal window recesses that are often visible outside the car.
Unlike our competitors, our panels are fixed without using glue or drilling into the vehicle's body. As one of the few companies on the European market we have proprietary system of protective panels and mountings, which does not require interference in the structure of the vehicle for assembly. Panels produced by us can be disassembled at any time and moved to another car in a similar configuration without leaving any traces. In addition, the panels are designed and ready-to-assemble (mounting brackets are pre-screwed to the protective plates, so the assembly can begin immediately after opening the package).

We use top quality materials to produce our lining system. Our customers can choose between panels made of plywood or plastic.
ABOUT PLASTIC LINING KIT
We manufacture our panels from plastic produced by the German company Con-Pearl. The three-layer honeycomb panel is characterized by
- high mechanical strength
- very low weight (panels made of plastic are 60% lighter than the plywood version)
- resistance to moisture, water and common chemical substances
- high aesthetics and universal color
- material flexibility easing the assembly
The hollow-core sheets used to manufacture the panels are 4.8 mm thick. The panels and mounting brackets are fully recyclable.

ABOUT PLY LINING KIT
The plywood used for our van lining kit panels is 4 mm thick. The waterproof melamine plywood is characterized by:
- very high mechanical strength
- resistance to punctures and scratches
- resistance to moisture, water and common chemical substances
- ease of cleaning
Plywood is a wood-based material.
Note: There may be minor blemishes on the surface of plywood.
